Next tuesday seems logical- only because they're launching Nip/Tuck....and they've been going on about that a lot.

That ads on Channel 4, TMF and the rest quite a lot too. Its a bit like ITV1 with Holiday Showdown when that ad was on lots of channels. Have ITV1 done that with any other program? If not, then what was so special about Holiday Showdown?

Haven't heard of Nip/Tuck myself - is this anything like the ABC smash hit Extreme Makeover? Perplexed to note that despite all the cash they are spending on advertising it, I can't find ANY reference to it on Sky One's own website.

A cut above the rest
Nip/Tuck cuts beneath the surface of the superficial world of plastic surgery on January 13 at 10pm

It says it all of you ask me!

Yes, ITV1's first advert on other channels was for the first series of I'm A Celebrity, for subsequent series they haven't had to bother.

Well, no a Rebrand is where the station changes its brand - new look, new graphics, but not necessarily a new name
A Relaunch is a rebrand accompanied by new or diffrent content (and often lots of publicity)

For example, the recent changes to News 24 were a relaunch - the programming changed, the new look ITV1 or BBC1 were rebrands
