Sky One fault

At around 12:31pm on Sky One when the Simpsons were showing the screen went black and for about 5 minutes the Sky One breakdown slide appeared showing that there was a fault going on. At 3 minutes into the slide the screen went black and for a second some listings were shown before returning to the slide. Did anyone else notice this?

I've also noticed that on Sky Digital five has now changed itself to Five, is this to make way for the new channels it's launching?

I don't think so. I think they just did that to make it look more neat.

Talking of Sky One faults, has anyone noticed that the Digibox generated graphics ('Press Red', 'Press Green' etc.) are appearing later than they should?

For example, the 'Press Green' logo which should go over the promos, doesn't appear until after the promo has finished so appears over the first ad of the break or the next part of the programme.

I haven't seen any Sky One today but this has been happening for at least a week and seemed to be worst yesterday during Test Tube Baby.

I also noticed this the other day and was surprised because the channel have always been quite insistent on their "lower case" name in the past, so maybe we will see abit of a change of style when "FiveUS" and "FiveLife" launch

I've noticed this as well during the Simpsons break after the fault happened. The Domino's Pizza 'Press Red' appeared during a Febreze advert and the Green button reminder option appeared straight after but on an advert about Pringles.
