The only one I ever even think about watching in that list is Banzai.

UK Play and Paramount are not full of recycled stuff.
I love watching Frasier on Paramount, and there is a lot of fantastic stuff on UK Play.
All of the stuff in that list is American, apart from Banzai.
I've never been slightly interested in TWW, Friends is a disaster, I hate the Sopranos, Ally McBeal has never once made me laugh, Sex and the City can be funny but it's getting tired now and i've never watched The Fugitive.

I think the idea of digital television is not that one channel broadcasts just generally excellent programming.
But that you look around to find what you want, that's why a wide choice of channels is so good.

Speaking of american imports, I wonder why do ITV handle them so badly, anyone remember The Practice, they made a big song and dance about it and it got dumped after a few episodes. Similar thing happened with Veronica's Closet, I'm sure there are other examples. They just don't seem to bother with imports now.

I wonder how Friends would have gone down on ITV ? The only decent import on ITV I can remember was LA Law and Baywatch I guess. Apart from Knightrider and A-Team back in the 80's.

Have you seen Who's The Boss? The American predecessor to The Upper Hand. BTW Who's The Boss? was an ITV import from the states because they'res a piece of Thames continuity from 1991 which mentions that 'Who's The Boss [is on] at 1.15'. Anyway, I loved The Upper Hand and so I've now become addicted to Who's The Boss? It's on at 2pm and 2am everyday on Paramount.
