Britain Decides comes from CNN, and I said that....

The BBC had their ideas well tucked away, and the fact that both Sky News and BBC both called their shows Vote 2001 shows neither knew what was going on.

The ticker ideas are once again just what i'm told.

BSKYB and Sky News story is not a split or de-merger, it is part of separating the Sky News operation to go further than just britain. That is also a story from a credited source that I have.

I thought the election night graphics were 'hot' as they did their job, and, at the end of the day, that is the idea isn't it??

I'm afraid that if you look at what i have said over the last few months, things have fallen into place. Of course, some of my info has been overstated, but as i said, this is due to what sources the info comes from. It's a shame that all you can do is insult other people instead of trying to get information yourself. If you don't like what I say, find out yourself instead of criticizing everyone else.

TV companies are being hit terribly at the moment by the downturn in advertising. Sky, like others has been affected, with their share price going down. This would thus mean any excess investment into a channel that doesn't make any profit would be pointless

You did indeed tell me that Britain Decides was to be the BBC show, you must have a weak memory.
I have not called you useless, I simply think that if you are going to come in here and promise all of these untold wonders you need to get your facts right before you do so.
None of what you have said has fallen into place! I don't know where you get that idea from.
I cannot actually think of one thing you have said that has fallen into place.
The fact that they both called their shows Vote 2001 means nothing, it was a simple branding exercise, they have called shows simlar names in the past, it just happened that in 1997 Sky chose a different name to the usual Vote or Election style.
The BBC called its programmes Vote 99 and Vote 2000, so I think Sky would have more than likely guessed at the fact they were going to have a Vote 2001.
It is a shame that all you can do it feed us total rubbish Kev! I think I have the right to call most of your info rubbish, as none of it has actually been correct!

As far as I know the re-launch WILL happen on the 1/7/01, to coincide with the ‘almost switch off' of analogue satellite services from sky. – it will also include technical improvements, with changes in the schedule, more ‘rolling news' less sport, and less of other peripheral topics. This can also be confirmend with the recent redundancies at sky news, and their various posts recently advertised.
