Millbank is in Westminster. The Millbank media centre is across the street from the Palace of Westminster. Millbank is the name of the street, and is used as a shorthand for the building where most broadcasters have their Westminster base.

To return to this saddo fest of studio design - picking up on the thread that Mr West started in error...
Interesting to see them using the Westminster newswall with their live Big Ben camera giving the impression of a giant window, looks really impressive.
With you, C@t - loved the new studio. Made Millbank look like a much more 'dominant' studio. Much more so than the cupboard-style central London set they had before.
Saw an interview with Geoff Hoon in it this afternoon, and it looked mighty good ...
A+ for Sky News

Think you might've missed the irony in there, my love. For a long time I have campaigned for many forumers to get themselves lives, indeed some appear to have taken my advice and wisely cleared off for good. I remain to help the poor, lost souls who find sancutary in this closed environment.
Also, I can't say i've ever had sex whilst watching Sky News, or indeed television, but i'll let you know how it goes when I try it.
I "come across all high and mighty and terribly pompous" when I have no information whatsoever - that's just me, poppet.
If it is causing you such distress, deary, why not show us how it's done? On the other hand, if your definition of "getting a life" constitutes coming onto the internet and acting like a total c unt, perhaps it's best we leave it well alone, eh?
Returning to hugely more interesting topic of news studio designs --
They seem to have already changed it about since yesterday. That blue, Sky News banner across the glass of the studio wasn't there before, not entirely convinced it improves it.
Chris Roberts for a Littlejohn-countering, socialist 7.30pm talk show, I say.

C@t, you really do need to get out more.
You claim "most" peoples lives on this forum are dominated whether Sky News has a new look or not.
Does it really matter? Do you think we care that you come across all high and mighty and terribly pompous because you have a tiny bit of information?
If anything, it's your life which seems to be dominated by such trivial matters. Gay sex and Sky News - the two most important things in your life, cat - and it seems that the two often overlap.

You know, a £1 donation from every forum member would make us over a thousand pounds.
Think of all the good work we could do with that.
> Atkins for Life book for mdta
> Holiday to Anglesey for TVDragon
> Whole new team for Swindon Town FC
> Adopt a small Zimbabwean child and entrust it to Luxton, only for child to realise soon after that dictatorship of Mugabe was less strict than that found in Luxton Manor.
> Spelling and grammar lessons for at least ten forum members
Goodness!
TV Forum Christmas Charity Appeal here we come.

You'd have thought reading news from a desk while facing forwards would be the same anywhere.
