Possibly a graphics tweak

could you provide more information, I know it must be tricky not to say too much...

Here are some yes or no questions you can nod or shake your head at lol
Will there be new idents?
Will we see individual bulletin looks?
Is the logo changing?
Any plans on changing the set?
Will there be a change in philosophy or presenting style?

Oh how boring of you, Martin. From the initial post in this thread, it is obvious that the poster does not wish to give any more information.

If Sky are going to change the music (which doesn't need changing, anyway), then they are going to do graphics as well. Whats the point of doing something new whilst leaving old stuff behind (a la Sky Sports).

Some new or old specialist programmes like Technofile or 7 Days would be nice!

I'm sure the logo would stay, which is a good thing. And I'm not holding my breath for a massive rethink of the graphics, perhaps not such a good thing.

Agree the current music is good, but after it being on all the time for 2 years it is about time for an update. Perhaps more versions of the same theme for Sunrise, Live at Five etc.

There's not much sign of it, but I'd love them to go widescreen and at the same time the presentation & ads on all the other Sky channels going W/S too.

Does this have anything to do with random presenters disappearing during the 1-5pm shift, daily. Yesterday much of the shift was single headed, and today, Steve Dixon was replaced by David Foster???

Ah... it wasn't me going mad then. I noticed that too.

Ahhh it could be going widescreen and this result in the graphics requiring a few 'tweaks'.
