Sorry guys here's some answers!

The desk is black and banana shaped.

The green floor is likely to have moving graphics on it.

ITN does have things hanging they are big straws it used to match a big painting of straws in reception that no longer exists it's now a fish tank!

The sky news logos hanging in the newsroom just add some intersting backdrop otherwise all you would see is edit suits etc...

The countdown menu will stay, it won't be longer than 30 seconds it's not used as a buffer like the ITN / BBC 24 menu which is...

The music will change it was the election re-vamp music...

Sky News Active will expand early next year to a nine channel system and you are able to choose certain OS' feeding into Sky centre....

Okay, one from me about graphics...

Can you give us any hints on what the graphics will be like - ie. colours, animation, sidebars, etc. Also will the clock and Sky News logo be in the same place? Any other hints on the graphics you can give?!...

The Sky News Bug (clock) will now be situated in the top right hand corner of the screen because it is on screen like this

...this now gives room for full length astons at the bottom of the screen.

The windows will go on some stories, the new videowall will now provide the back drop to some lead-ins.

The windows that will stay animate into two way boxes, maps etc...

That's interesting - so how will this fit with the Active Bug? Also what about colours for astons, etc... is there one main colour? And will there still be Breaking News astons or will breaking news be termed something difererent?!

sky news active will fit as part of the on screen bug.

The colour will be silver , blue and green...

Breaking news will stay the video wall will help with this...

The video wall will be used for some breaking news, when breaking news happens you'll not miss it shall we say....

They could make the screen turn a lovely shade of red, or something simlar - will add to the tension...

The graphics sound nice - yes.
I expect that the astons will be similar to CNN's.

Relaunch - are programme like Sunrise, Live at 5, Today, The Scene etc. to have their own unique graphics and music?

What about the story-related graphics that currently sit in the bottom right (the foot and mouth ticker, the mini-weather forecasts etc.) - will they still stay where they are?

The story bugs i.e. the FMD bug and weather ticker will stay.

Sunrise / today / Live at Five / The scence @ 6 and 7 / news at 9 and 10 will have their own opening idents etc... not too sure about the music for the others but Sunrise will have a remixed version of the new theme.

Are the idents for the regular programme to be similar to the ones at the moment?
And how similar will the music be? Are they going for a more modern piece of music or the classical style they've used in the past?
Also - you may have said this - will the astons be animated? And will the split screen backgrounds be animated?

The idents for Sky News First (the new news on the hour programme) will all be the same, but they don't look anything like the ones at the moment.

The v/o will say 'Live from Sky Centre - This is Sky News FIRST with Natasha Kaplinsky and Chris Rogers.'

or 'Live from Sky Centre this is Sky News. The Scene at six with Natasha Kaplinsky.'

The music is very american a combination of both classic Gari and some modern stuff.

Astons will as always be animated, as will the split screens!
