Sky and Vodafone are going to broadcast some of their TV channels across the 3G phone network. There's going to be two packs each costing STG£5 a month.
News, Sport & Factual: Sky News; CNN; Bloomberg; Sky Sports News; At The Races;
Discovery Factual; National Geographic Channel; History Channel.
Entertainment & Music: Sky One; Sky Movies; MTV (two channels); Living tv;
Discovery Lifestyle; Nickelodeon; Paramount Comedy; Cartoon Network; Bravo;
Biography Channel.
Some of them are the actual off-air channels, while some are special "mobile" versions.
Hopefully they'll extend it over to Ireland as well: I've a 3G phone and while we're able to get the "Headlines" stream of the Sky News Active service, we aren't able to get the actual channel itself...
