Sky+ Logo Change

(September 2005)

Not sure if it warrents a new thread, but this months 'Sky The Magazine' features a new Sky Plus logo, the blue shimmering bevels are gone and a deep purple and pale dull blue replaces it, with a Glass Sky + logo...

I like the new one but to be perfectly honest I think these logos are a bit 1980 for me, back then most tv logos where glassy like that (well they were over here in nz) and much recently most rebrands ive seen have moved away from 3D logos.

no i dont have vision problems wot i meant was that its still in the same font and still is the same size with the same theme. the only differences are that 1s blue, 1s purple, 1s flat, 1s 3d. they're not that different

Im not one to worry about english grama but come on boy spell things correctly eh! and take another look at them...

Yes there is a colour difference, and none of them are not 3D they both are from what my eyes see.

Basically the new one is more purple, has a glass look and the font is a bit more rounded.

Never thought a new Sky+ logo would cause funny arguments.
