They hardly have enough content to fill Sky One and Sky Mix, so it'll be interesting to see how thinly the programming gets spread out between all the channels.

Yes, way back in 1996-1997 on a time-share. It was replaced by National Geographic iirc.
It was pretty crappy, although one show called "Profit" was superb. Pity more of them never got made by the US television company.

Sticklebricks (that's how it's spelled) was just a load of plastic shapes with some sort of sticks on it's sides so it could connect with another Sticklebrick:
