Will Sky Three launch after securing a licence to launch such a new cable and satellite channel from UK regulator Ofcom.

Will The Paramount Channel show all the programming library from 1995-2002 through its six production units: Paramount Network Television, Viacom Productions, Spelling Television, Big Ticket Television, Paramount Domestic Television, and Paramount International Television.

It will also all the films from Paramount Pictures.

It be owned by Viacom's Paramount Pictures and MTV Networks.

Paramount Comedy will be renamed Comedy Central.

Will Viacom buy out BSkyB's share of Nickelodeon UK and Paramount Comedy
