Sky is Going up again!!

Sky digital top package is going up again, from September it will be £43.50 per month for the full Sky World.

I dont think the lower packages are going up.

I got the July sky mag today and on the letter it says my sub will be going up to £43.50 from the september payment. I dont get it, i'm only on the Family pack at £21 a month, not Sky World.

I was on the top pack, but went down to the Family pack 2 months ago, so why are sky sending me letters saying i'm on the top pack and my sub is going up.

The last 2 months i've only been billed £21, so its not as if sky are still thinking i'm on the top pack and charging me for it.

Have they sent these letters out in error?? Anyone else on the family pack had a letter in the sky magazine saying your on the top package and its going up from september to £43.

what number do I call sky on?? if you call 08702 40 40 40, it takes ages to get through, and I hear from others it costs a bit to dial that number.

I'm sure i've seen a local rate number for sky somewhere?? any ideas??

Given the amount they have paid for the football rights it was inevitable that their subscriptions would go up.

Well if Sky are sending me a letter saying my sub is going up from £42 to £43.50 in September when I’m not on the top package anyway! Who else am I suppose to call??

Could someone please tell me what my gas meter reading is. British Gas have asked me for the info. And please tell me what number I should ring to give them the info - is it the number on the top of the letter they sent me, or should I call a different number?

Did you get an offer from SKY saying you could have 3m free SKY World?
If so you need to call them and ask for the package to be reduced cos they wont have done it automatically. SKY love taking your money and they will use any excuse that they can.
However if you know how to play SKY you can benefit from it. I have had SKY World for the last 9m for free
