Sky drops The Disney Channel

Adverts on The Disney Channel this afternoon claim that Disney, Playhouse and Toon will be removed from sky as of tomorrow. There are two adverts, one provides a number to call to register a complaint and the other gives the number to get Telewest, which I bet Sky like...

This seems to have come very much out of the blue, with no advance warning

Nothing on Disney Channel website.

Highly unlikely this is going to happen. Disney is part of Sky's marketing - it always appears on its adverts - and for Sky to deliberately drop a channel would be nuts.

They should drop oit from sky and add it to freeview

I've banned the user - I've just had a quick check through his post history, and it seems his "claims" are unsubstantiated.
