Hi. I went into Other Channels, to see if the Castle test had returned. I got 'No satellite signal is being received', and then was taken automatically to the Interactive menu for some reason!

Now it won't list the interactive features available Sad

Instead, I get:

This happens every time I press Interactive.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Your minidish might need to be moved. Or might I suggest switching your room power supply off (where your Digibox is) for one minute and then back on - that might reset it.

Already tried rebooting the box to no avail, I'm doing a sw update now.

Can't see as I need to move the dish - all channels are received fine.

Call Sky Tech Support - 08702 435 000 - they might know where your interactives have gone...

Na, it's the Castle channel that did it, cos the Castle channel is on Eurobird (i.e. on a different satellite than the home satellite), sometime the digibox sticks to that satellite (and doesn't automatically return to Astra).

As all the digibox information is supplied from Astra (including EPG numbers and Interactive listing), and you're still stuck on Eurobird, the box won't recognise very much!

You just need to turn the box on/off a few times. Leave it in stand by etc.

Eurobird? It was on Astra 2D (the ITV transponder).

Anyway it's been fixed now Smile

I unplugged the box last night and turned it on again this morning, everything back to normal Smile
