Have you considered taking your query to Jeremy Darroch? I've complained to him in the past, as have numerous others, and we got satisfying results in return. (Obviously, he won't contact you in person, it'll be one of his assistants who has power to authorise these things if customers aren't happy. Always pays to try and go above customer services.

My understanding was that the Anytime+ update was going to be sent to all the Sky+HD boxes, so it shouldn't matter which box you have. Does your box have an interactive card slot on the front? If it doesn't, it is one of the new smaller PVR5 boxes, which I believe Samsung and Thomson do now manufacture as well as Amstrad.

It must be very confusing for the normal Joe Bloggs, its confusing me! - especially when Sky send you mail through the post now saying I can enjoy Sky Anytime+ when my box software hasn't even been updated and I don't have (Can't get) Sky Broadband.
