Skins - Series 4

I saw a trailer for Series 4 on E4 Last Night, when does it begin?

Late January I believe.

They say it's this month, and it usually co-incides with the last week of Celebrity Big Brother, so I would guess probably Thursday 28th January, assuming it's on Thursdays again. It's certainly not before that week anyway.

It does indeed start 28th Jan. 10pm I believe.

Great, and it should be the last episode with this lot. I'm actually excited.

Eight episodes this series then recast again. I still think the cycle is one series too short as just as the characters develop in their second series we lose them, but on the other hand it has to happen as if we'd stuck with the original cast the series would be drawing to a close completely now.

What did everyone think of the Episode?

Well it was the highest rated since the debut, but IMO not a great idea to focus the opening episode on a relatively minor character, especially with such a depressing storyline. The weakest of all the series openers IMO, but hopefully setting things up for the rest of the series - and next week especially looks interesting.

I really hope they don't make a series 5. Format has had it, and in my mind, nothing beats the cast and storylines of Series 1 and 2!
