Well 180 square metres is significantly more space than The One Show studio has - though that has windows which give it a much greater feeling of depth than would be the case if it had flat walls.
Key things to think about are ceiling height, distance of "talent" from walls (you have to have separation between people and walls/screens to avoid shadows/washing out of colour etc. and that is dictated partially by ceiling height), where you are putting your cameras - whether your cameras are fixed, or can be moved robotically or by operators (so you can move them out of shot to use the space more flexibly) etc.
If your space has windows then you also have to think about how to cope with direct sunlight and/or pitch darkness etc.
If you're considering building a studio for real though, your set designer and lighting director will be telling you all of this...
