Six O'Clock News

Well the posts disappeared so I created a thread to bring them back...

Fiona Bruce must have done her last Six O'Clock News for a while surely (she's due to give birth on Monday!!).

I notice Darren Jordan is scheduled to do next Friday as, I presume, Sian seems to be on holiday. Do you think she'll be the main stand in or willl Fiona be back soon? She's still down to do Crimewatch on Thursday!

There's some strange goings ons @ the BBC right now!

Fiona will probably return after christmas.

Slightly wrong thread but doesn't justify a new one. I was watching the BBC News Summary today at 1250 and it said 'Now on BBC One, a news summary with Darren Betts' - I thought it was going to be someone new but it was of course Darren Jordan. Did this happen all over the network or has anyone any idea why he was called this?

Darren Betts i think is a weather presenter on news 24.

Darren Bett is a weather presenter, not a news presenter! I wonder where they got that one from.
