England landed a very creditable 4th place in this seasons 6 nations tournament. I think we should all applaud their remarkable achievement , considering only a few months ago they were mere world champions. Full marks to the BBC for their excellent un-biased coverage.

I'd hardly say the BBC's coverage was unbiased. I thought almost every home match was biased, especially the Wales England match which only had Welsh commentators on it. It has been an enjoyable contest though.

I look forward to ITV networking a programme called Wales: A Celebration following last year's World Cup farce.

Maybe we could have a Welsh flag on some ITV1 idents as well. Laughing

Well I liked how BBC Wales stayed away from the network England Scotland match for as long as practically possible to fully cover Ray Gravell rubbing everyone's heads -- I think one of the anthems had been and gone, although I can't be certain as I didn't watch it astonishingly enough.

HTV revealed "secret talks" about a victory parade Monday last, although I daresay the national press will be washing their hair that day.

At least the Irish media and press might turn up. Laughing

The best post in ages.

The most promising thing about this Welsh team is aswell as being quite young, it's a team performance - not one man kicking penalties for 80 minutes. There's been tries in all the Grand Slam victories - and that's not good news for Welsh rugby, but great for Rugby Union as a whole.

P.S. Congrats to the Wales U21's for completing the Grand Slam in the Under 21's Six Nations as well. It all bodes well!!!

P.S. Re: Commentary. It did seem a little strange yesterday that Northern Ireland has a different commentary team - I wonder if the same will apply next week for the Eng v NI football match.

Regards the commentary, why not have Jim Neilly doing biased coverage for us instead of having to listen to the biased Welsh coverage by Welsh commentator Eddie Butler? Seems straight forward enough I thought.

I think the same is happening at the England/Northern Ireland game. I couldn't bear to listen to that overbiased plank that is John Motson for 90 minutes Mad

Well done lads! Great game!

Andrew Jones appeared on the ITV News Channel this morning where Alastair Stewart congratulated him and the country!

Wales are now one place above England in the World Rankings!
