all three channels showed this slide before 4pm at some point with the channel logo and the blue colour different on each channel

Nope, still broadcasting that slide.

(I've got Price-drop on my TV and Bid on my PC).

Bid is all over the place.

Price Drop has just come back, simulcasting Bid.

They've just been told by the Electric Board they are expecting another power cut In the next hour!

Apparently the director is messing round with the lights, it's a bit unprofessional IMO. I don't usually watch these channels so maybe this is usual but, I guess its making light of the situation.

I'll export the "comeback" video and upload it here later on for those who want it.
