So they predicted this as well then.

You can twist anything in The Simpsons to make it look as if it was "predicted". Fat man sits on sofa, drinking beer and watching TV, oh look The Simpsons predicted my life twenty years ago. Wink

(no beer though, but the rest was right Very Happy)

Seeing as a pandemic is inevitable and one like this usually happens around once a century, it doesn't take much prediciting.

And if you watch the episode it’s not even a prediction, it’s Bart’s way of extending his cruise by using a movie scene to fool the crew and passengers.

Not like Springfield suddenly went into lockdown

Question has the episode with Lady Gaga been edited? There was a scene today I seen on Sky 1 that seemed to fade to black (I can only remember it happened 10 mins into it.... I could be mistaken as for an ad break for the USA)

Season 23 episode 22

Very bad timing for this episode over on Sky One: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Totally_Fun_Thing_That_Bart_Will_Never_Do_Again

Quote:
Later, a huge onboard television screen displays an emergency message from a military officer, warning the crew and passengers about a deadly virus that has started to spread on the mainland. He says that all ships must remain at sea to ensure that humanity survives.

They appear to have replaced the scheduled showing of this episode tomorrow at 17:00

CH4 showed the S20 episode 'Four Women and a Manicure' yesterday and it was chopped up to bits by the censors!

I dunno understand why they don't put the "risque" after 9pm instead of editing it. Excluding Fridays, almost everything after 9pm on CH4 is filler due to them not having a 10pm news slot.

I noticed this week Sky One aired 2 episodes on either Monday or Tuesday night from 1035pm are repeated tomorrow night from midnight (Friday into Saturday Morning)

S31/EP17 -- Highway to Hell
S22/EP16 -- Midsummers Nice Dreams....

I thought Channel 4 a couple months ago were airing episodes at 2am?
