Has anyone checked the episodes mentioned on Disney+ to see if they’re uncut? There seems to be conflicting information. Very much hoping they’re intact.

(I’m waiting for the 4:3 versions to appear before watching)

No watershed on streaming so no reason not to have them uncut unless something hasn't aged well.

Still depends on what sort of audience it's being aimed at, seeing as Disney+ is promoted as being more of less family friendly, so they could possibly have decided to cut out some of the stronger content to fit in with that.

When it comes to streaming and the lack of restrictions though, it does feel some things go too far. The new Twilight Zone for example is a swear fest, with f-bombs every few minutes, to the point it ruins the show. Rod Serling is spinning in his grave. Too many f-bombs in Star Trek Picard as well, doesn't fit in with either franchise. Just feels like a case of shoehorning them in because they can. I wonder if it's because American TV, bar HBO and the likes, has always been a lot more prudish than British TV, now they have their new found freedom with streaming they've gone over the top with it.

The Simpsons is completely unavailable for children's profiles on Disney+, so I would assume they're uncut if only adults can watch them.

Watch "Trash Of The Titans" and see if 'w**ker' is left in as it is said twice during the episode.
Or "Fraudcast News" to see if they left in Willy saying 'sh*te'.
Or "The Joy Of Sect" to see if written swearing is left in as Bart has a "Lil' B*st*rd General Mischief Kit"

Is the film Splash available on kids profiles?

(A gif of the Disney+ edit is currently going round the internet, CGI hair covering Daryl Hannah's naked body as she jumps into the sea)

it's not, though they've also rated it '6+'.

The Simpsons is also '6+'. The PBS scene (including 'wanker') is intact at the start of 'Missionary: Impossible'.

Sky have decided episode 17 of the current series isn't suitable for its usual Friday 8pm slot and are therefore showing it on Tuesday 28 April at 11.35pm.

Highway to Well. Series 31, episode 17.
Marge decides to find a job as Maggie is now at pre-school, but she inadvertently ends up working at a cannabis dispensary.

Maggie at pre-school.... did they actually age her up then? She's only meant to be a year old.

Does anyone know what it is being replaced with?

I’ve seen this episode and it does not seem very appropriate for young kids.

Still boggles my mind that people still immediately assume it's a kids' cartoon.

I'm still not over it winning Channel 4's 100 Greatest Kids Shows and that was 20 years ago.

Yeah well you can thank Channel 4 for that:
