Did anybody see The Simpsons on Channel 4 at 6pm on the 5th of April (today). It was the Stonecutters episode and the credits had a 'dog' I think thats what it is at the top with words to the song,
'Who wants to watch scrubs on e4 now, We do, we do' followed by 'Who wants to watch Hollyoaks on channel4 now, we do, we doooo.

C4 did this last time they showed this episode. Not a new thing, but an interesting variation.
The "thing" you saw is called an ECP - End Credit Promotion. Technically its also a DOG but most people call a DOG something that sits on the programme throughout (see virtually all satellite channels).
