Is there a problem if I can't spell very well or txt speak?
If you can't spell very well, that's fine but please make your posts as logical and readable as possible. Font sizes/colours etc.. are available to you but please use sparsely. No txt speak.

FFS - why is that old patronising 'argument' always springing up?
Probably because lots more young people are thinking it is OK to write in text speak when posting on forums.
Posting in text speak on any forum is not acceptable and if people do not stop it, then TVF will become overrun with illiterate people posting words like "im", "every1" and "ne1".

Having had a flick through your posts it seems you have not managed one post coherently. Would it be too much to ask for you at least to try to construct a sentence properly?

Judging by the way they have treated Futurama, King of the Hill, South Park, Everybody loves Raymond, Frasier and untold numbers of other shows... I wouldn't hold your breath.

Going swiftly back on topic.
I would not like to see The Simpsons back on BBC2, as BBC2s cult slot always seems to be treated by the BBC like scum. They constantly cancel it, move it or something along those lines.
I do believe Channel 4 will treat it properly, unlike the beeb.

I believe that The Simpsons would probably be treated quite badly at Channel 4 if things don't go well. It was like Futurama, originally given a 6pm slot and then it was moved all over the place, some episodes being shown at 7am and some being shown as late as 3am!
It should have gone to Five IMO, as they would have treated the show like gold, they've done it with Home and Away.
God knows what will happen when The Simpsons hits S4C! It'll probably be on at 12.30am or something, to show how bad they are they showed the movie 'Goodfellas' the other night at 2.30am, where as Channel 4 showed it at 10pm!

Absolutely! Frasier has a slight dip in the ratings (okay, so it did go through a rough patch quality-wise), so gets shunted into a movable late-night Weds slot (it used to be king of the 10pm Friday 'Big Brother' slot in its heyday).
Angel - shunted from pillar to post and eventually dropped and then taken up by five (and dropped by them too?)
Enterprise/Andromeda/Stargate - shunted round the Sunday afternoon and early evening and dropped at the first opportunity, often mid-season (okay, I agree it was worth moving Enterprise out of the 6.30 slot because it's not great, but the approach is quite consistent).

I think that The Simpsons should be brought beck to BBC2 for the mean time,
When Channel 4 show the simpsons (in autumn) they said it will have a 9pm slot for new episodes and repeats at 6pm. I, however, think this is far to late (even if they are new) and should be given, say, an 8/8:30pm slot. Similar to this:
Friday:
6pm: The Simpsons (rpt) 6:30 Hollyoaks 7pm: News 7:35: Futurama 8pm: The Simpsons (new) 8:30: Friends 9pm: Joey
Sorry, couldn't resist!
