Since well before you signed up to this forum This used to be done around breakfast timeas well but I have noticed lately a block of videos on the EPG that are apparently signed as well from 4am in the morning.
talking of the hits, are they stopping viewers from selecting any videos?
Previously The Hits Xtra via the red button had a full-blown playlist.
Then it was replaced with a "you can only call to request when the number is on the screen". Now that's gone and was replaced itself by a 30 page screen of Terms & Conditions which essentially read "all calls are charged, you should not call outside of the On Request window as your call will be charged but your selection may not play".
Looks like they're trying to cover their own backs now that constant allegations of false competition winners, fictional entries, fictional participants and fixed competitions are all over the media. Technically it could be argued that having The Hits playlist and phone number accessible from the Red button outside of the Request window on the channel is misleading.
On a similar note, Win Win TV, the glossy computer software program that seems to be playing against itself, has disappeared yet again from post midnight on The Hits. Wish they'd make their mind up as to whether they want it or not.
