Dont Try This at Home (DTTAH) - anyone know why this was dropped? I loved the music for this !!!

The replacement show Challenge of a Lifetime with that Claire Sweeeeeney was ok but never returned after 1 series.

Guinness World Records with Ian Wright and that fit bird was a great show too

Forget Strike it Rich, Bring Back Strike it Lucky, remix of the original music of course, the original track would be unsuitable now.

I vote for the return of Noel's House Party, and The Big Breakfast.

Yes there are a number of formats without a doubt that many would like to see return, but it is often difficult to recreate the same effect without the same personnel involved.

I mean I loved the original Treasure Hunt, Anneka Rice, Kenneth Kendall, and Wincey in her big chunky jumpers with stick on arrows on the map.

But in it's return, it lost all of the charm for me. Suzie Perry = no Anneka, Dermot was not pompous and fussy enough in the Kenneth role, and all the techie gubbins such as electronic tracking and use of the computer ruined it for me. It isn't nearly as good as the show I remember.

That's the danger.

Sort of coming back in a YTV programme coming on Autumn Saturday evenings called "With a little help from my firends".

The Krypton Factor (With Gordon Burns on his own)
Blockbusters (With Bob, I wouldn't even care if Carlton produced it)
TV-am (I can't stand GMTV)
News At Ten (The proper one, not the sh*tty one we have now)
Whittle (Channel 5 at it's finest in it's early days)
Rab C Nesbitt (I know they're probably not going to make anymore but a repeat would be nice, same with Desmonds too, it was a shame when Norman Beaton (Desmond) died.)
