It got a DVD release in Oz some years back, though both series are on Youtube in full.
Josie Smith was one of my earliest Children's ITV memories that no-one I spoke to seemed to remember, it aired between 1989-1992 but disappeared into obscurity - it's only in the last couple of years that it's emerged on Youtube (in English)
Pugwall and like said above Pugwalls Summer, I think it was on the big breakfast in the summer? Wasn't his sister called marmalade?

When I've mentioned The Dream Stone to people before they don't remember it. Was an animated show on CITV in the early 90's.
I also remember a show on early weekend mornings on Channel 4. It was Australian I believe and they had strange things happening in every episode, (and no, it wasn't Round The Twist!) I remember one episode had a t-shirt that made the wearer invisible and another that featured a tablet that when added to something liquid made it last forever. I believe the show may have been about a deceased mother and the strange events happening to the family were her doing as a ghost but I could be wrong.
There's also another one from early morning Channel 4 that featured a clock in a shopping centre. I don't know if that is the same show but I can't remember much about it other than the clock!
And, speaking of early morning Channel 4 programmes, I did come across Let The Blood Run Free being shown around 4/5am some times I believe. An adult Australian comedy that was certainly not for the kiddies and probably not something they would show at that time of the morning these days! In Australia, the show has been released on DVD and is rated PG, yet in the UK it is rated 15!

I don't recall the other shows, but The Dreamstone was a favourite of mine, another one which is being released in full on DVD abroad (Germany) but not here.
There was a couple of one-off compilations several years ago, but Monster Entertainment made a song and dance about picking up the rights in 2013 and then changed their mind about a home media release after stringing along fans on their official Dreamstone Facebook page for ages. Series 1 has materialised on Amazon Prime Video though.
I remember walking past an award for The Dreamstone that was still on display in the Lenton Lane studios throughout 2000-2002, thought it was a BAFTA from memory but I can't find any reference to that.
This might be interesting to anyone who watched it:

Does anyone remember a Children’s ITV series called Letty from about 1984? Victoria O’Keefe played Letty Boot, a teenage girl who used a wheelchair, and she and her friends set up “The Letty Bootlace Agency” or something. That’s about all I remember.
Sadly Victoria O’Keefe died in a car accident a few years later at age 21.

This is suitable for this thread as its not long been uploaded to the fabulous VideoTapeFTW channel:
I have no memory of this (but then looking at the transmission date I'd have only been three years old anyway) but others might.

I remember Mooncat and Co (and it’s predecessor Get Up and Go!) very well. What I didn’t realise was that Mooncat was voiced by someone different from 1984 - previously he was voiced by David Claridge, who went on to play Roland Rat.
EDIT: Thanks for pointing out that channel, Neil. I’ve spent the last hour with Emu!
And found another CITV show people may not remember: Words, Words, Words.

YouTube's "recommended for you" thing is quite useful sometimes. It allows me to post things like this in this thread:
Clockwise, from 1989:
And Clockwise from 1990 with Darren Day which looks like an entirely different show:

I remember this as being from 1987, indeed I found a clip promoting it at the end of an ITN bulletin from the time on a relatively recent YouTube upload. From memory, the Hungerford massacre happened the same weekend too, and some limited coverage was given to it on the show too.
I've remembered today a show on ITV from 1989. It was called "emergency 999", not to be confused with 999 which was on the BBC a couple of years later. Emergency 999 was hosted by Michael Aspel, and it was a weekend of programmes looking at the emergency services in this country.

I remember something similar on ITV around 1995/96, they spent two hours live from a police station and covered everything that went on in that time.

I remember Josie Smith. Always thought it was YTV not Granada though. Was it supposed to be set in the present day, as it seemed like it was set in the 60s!
