What about Granada Goals Extra? Plenty episodes on youtube, and of course one video with some errors during some editions, which made for funny viewing!
Back in the 1980s, there was a regular staple of lunchtime ITV, "The Sullivans". Originally made for Australias Channel 9, it focused on a family from Camberwell, Victoria, during world war 2. The show, which I believe lasted 6 or 7 seasons, ended when it was set in 1946. The show had been made between 1976-1982 in Australia.
The 101 Dalmatians on VHS video seems to date from after 1995 - the presence of clips from The Lion King confirms that at least (that film released in 1994) and that Disney Video logo was introduced in 1995. The Pirate Video segment as above, the earliest I can find is 1994, earlier versions appears to have just been the regular text version without the "demo" of a pirate copy.

Sons and Daughters, A Country Practice and The Flying Doctors probably all fall in that category too. Daytime TV used to be so much more interesting.

Depending where you were you could be years behind other areas. Central and YTV hated the Sullivans and dropped it, STV never screened TYD while YTV took to 1988 before there started screening it
Little fact for you about The Sullivans, considering it was an Australia series. When the actress who played Grace decided to leave after series 3, in 1979, her character was killed off. One of their sons, who was missing, was found and based in London, and Grace went to London to see him, and bring him home. But, Grace and John, the son, were both killed in an air raid.
The point is, the air raid scenes were actually filmed in London, and some New Zealand unknown actors and actresses were used for the other folk in the London scenes.
Whilst Auntie's Bloomers is well remembered. The same can't be said for Auntie's
Sporting
Bloomers. Very little of it exists online. Reckon the chances of Challenge or the likes repeating it are slim to none due to rights issues too.
The Aunties Bloomers name was coined, ironically, by Denis Norden.
He was asked in an interview promoting a new edition of It'll be alright on the night, what, if the BBC did a similar programme (which at the time any outtakes ended up on the internal office party Christmas tapes) what the name of the show should be.
At TV Centre there was a florists called Aunties Blooms
ITV had a sporting outtakes show presented by Eamon Holmes called Oddballs. I don't think it ever had a regular slot and ended up filling gaps around football matches
I was in the audience for one of them and unexpectedly saw myself pop up on telly before one of the 98 World Cup matches
