As far as I can remember, Animaniacs was NEVER on CBBC, and Pinky and the Brain only appeared on there briefly about 10 years back.
Pinky, Elmyra and The Brain did get a brief run on CITV in 2001- shoved out in a Saturday afternoon slot as if they had to show it and just wanted to get rid of it.

I believe Pinky and brian did make it on to CBBC, along with Taz mania. Pinky, Elmyra and The Brain did start off on the weekday slot but as said was moved around to burn it off, but at least there broadcast the full series.

Sorry meant to say in my original post Animaniacs were on CITV and Pinky and the Brain eventually made it to CBBC however the point I was trying to make is people remembered Pinky and the Brain and Animaniacs over here but forget the spin off Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain which as I stated in my original post even the creators hated.
As someone who watches a lot for cartoons, I remember that Channel 4 also used to show 'Sali Mali'. I also remember S4C showing SuperTed (from what I've read).

Your post just highlights how young you are Superted was created by S4C in the first place Superted is welsh.

I know that SuperTed was created by S4C. I also remember reading that it was shown on CBBC. I could be wrong.
Speaking of old cartoons. When was the last time the 1980s Hanna Barbara produced Popeye cartoons were shown? Seemed to be a CBBC mainstay for many years
Popeye and son?
AND Im sure had segment where Olive Oyl was in the army,

Funnily enough, I actually remember that quite distinctly; it was the first thing I thought of when The Simpsons did the episode with Poochie.
I genuinely have no memory of Histeria ever been shown here, though from what I've seen of it, it's not very good, mostly cos it's "edutainment". A shame, being from the same people as Tiny Toons, Animaniacs and Pinky and The Brain.
I remember loads of Hanna-Barbera stuff being shown on CBBC well into the 90s. I remember them showing that bizarre Flintstones sketch/variety show from the 70s during the breakfast slot in the late 90s (which would have been better off never beeing seen again!)
I also have on video the last few seconds of a screening of the 50s Felix The Cat cartoons that for whatever reason got repackaged with a new theme tune in the early 90s. Speaking of that I'll also point out The Twisted Tales of Felix The Cat from the 90s- though I think CITV showed that one.
