What about Gower's Cricket Monthly, on BBC2?

. . . and who could forget BBC2's MotorMonth - Steve Rider's monthly motorsport magazine which appeared the year after the BBC lost the F1 rights in 1996. It used a remixed version of The Chain that the Beeb also later used for their World Rally coverage in the early 2000s.

Top gear Motorsport was a bbc2 programme, looking at motorsport from across the world. first aired in 1994. Last aired, I think 1998 or 1999.

Top Gear Motorsport even shared a theme tune with the similarly-forgotten STV kids show Skoosh (It also popped up on the 1995 F1 review VHS).

I bet nobody else remembers this but it was a TV film that terrified me as a child.

There was also Top Gear GTi on UK Horizons, from the period where a few BBC shows got spin-offs on UKTV channels. See also: Tomorrow's World Plus, also on UK Horizons; TOTP Plus/TOTP @ Play on UK Play/Play UK; The Phone Zone (The O Zone spin-off) on UK Play.

All Clued Up

We were talking about this show at work today, one of my colleagues has has a keyboard with bigger letters printed on it to see them better and we were joking that she could do with a keyboard like the one they had on All Clued Up.

There are lots of episodes on YouTube, I've chosen one at random.

Does any remember these:

Paul Merton the series?

Family Channel did air All Clued Up, as did Challenge in its earlier years. Back when they aired anything and everything gameshow wise regardless of how popular, obscure or crap it was first time round... Smile

Speaking of Paul Merton, his ITV Improvised celebrity gameshow Thank God You're Here from early 2008

Another one from early 2008, Nick Hancock's excellent Saturday Night ITV quiz Duel which sadly only lasted 1 series

A final one for now, Donny Osmond's BBC daytime version of American gameshow Identity and this is nearly so obscure that it's the only clip of the BBC version on youtube.
