The show cannot be doing to badly it is getting an increase in episodes now 4 days a week Very Happy Very Happy

Im glad the show is getting an additional slot - obviously they are happy with it as otherwise they would reduce not increase number of eps.

Yeah it will be great to have it an extra day cos we will get to see the 2001 finale before the end of the year and also Jack Hewitt will be on screen sooner

Yes he is - He's her son. He arrives in June here in the UK and gets together with Rachel - cant wait. He is also involved in the 2001 finale.

Hi,
Just thought i'd post this as nobody else seems to have noticed it/commented on it but from next week SS is showing on Ulster TV (UTV) at 2.30pm on weekdays (it's not on on Good Friday).I wonder from what point they're showing the series,ie from the start or from some other point?.

Maybe they are extending the episodes each week, so they can get rid of it sooner! But if not, this is great news for the show!

That is a possible reason for the increase but I hope its not true

It seems as though UTV aren't showing Shortland Street on any of the weekdays between 21st and 24th April,not sure about Friday 25th April yet.I hope this doesn't mean it's being used as a schedule filler next week.
