Neil I couldnt care less what you say - after losing SS I really dont care what your opinion is now - Crossroads was crap which was why I said those comments, which were my opinion which I was entitled too- you are welcome to your opinion on SS but I simply pointed out that your comments may seem inappropriate to SS fans who are currently upset over the axing - they never said anything about Crossroads so dont take it out on them - if you have something to say then say it to me personally not in a SS thread.

I'm not taking it out on the other fans, I'm taking it out on you. You've taken it out on me in the Crossroads thread a good few times and now the tables are turned you don't like it. Funny how the grass is always greener on the other side, eh? I'm prepared to underwrite all that stuff in the Xroads thread as I've had worse but as I said before: Don't dish it if you can't take it yourself.

Fine dish the dirt back over then if it makes you happy Neil - I really cannot be bothered arguing. For the record I watched Xroads so was able to comment on it - did you watch SS? I dont think you did?

What do you think of the website I posted?

Well to be fair Shortland Street was a darn site better acted and produced than Crossroads 2003.

But still its an import and we have too many of those. Although I'd rather have Shortland Street than the Planet's Most Boring Animals.

I made a comment a couple of months ago when they had the kid with the asthma coughing up blood. His name, IIRC, was Connor and then everybody hospital wise went on strike and the kid died.

Up to exactly the standard I expected from that boy, using one hell of a ghastly horribly sickly looking colour on the content list page, a shocking pink on the next, trying to remote load all images from Yahoo for some reason, sod all original content (says it's lifted everything from somewhere else), copious use of white space where it isn't even needed, no formatting, no structure and why has he put his mobile number on the site? Links to bidup.tv, amazon, EastEnders, Yahoo, all totally irrelevant...

I had no idea the show was being axed? Since when? It's still on now. When are they planning to get rid of it?

Yes I remember that comment now - OK so you didnt like the show, but its hard to get a clear picture of what its like on a few episodes - I watched all of Crossroads - it started off good but the camp and OTT setup of Mk 3 - well the novelty wore off after a month or so when I changed my views.

I dispise Eastenders so I dont know why its on there. I gave Andy info for his page on the ITV regions - I thought I wrote quite an accurate account of when the various regions started and stopped the series etc

Well it doesn't look as if it's being updated anymore, least not if this comment is anything to go by:

[SS] will be axed again [from Meridian TV] on Friday 20th December 2002.

I don't think we should let Hymaguma see this site, he'll only freak out at the lack of basic HTML skills let alone a lack of XHTML Mr. Green

Oh my god! I had no idea. Did the ITV continuity announcers say anything nice at the end of the show?
