The Seven Year Old Surgeon

Pretty odd programme tonight on channel five. This boy comes across as ego-centric, selfish, arrogant, driven and utterly punchable. But obviously very, very clever. But yes, I want to smack him. Not sure why, he's just cocky. Has a pushy mother too.
What do other people think of this programme if you watched it?

why is there subtiltes? I could easliy understand him and his mother!

I was wondering that. Slightly patronising.

But that boy just can't accept that he's got his hopes too high and he needs to come back down to earth. He just laughed at the man when they told him this.
