yes thank you for that thoughtful response.
I suppose the fairest way would be more of a Lib Demmy *income related licence fee* where the cost per household is calculated with regard to numbers and wage earning.
SE - Although Mrs Gaybody is not forced to buy Pot Noodle she has to eat to survive. Even if she buys Tesco Value Pot Noodle she is still paying Barbara Windor's wages for her adverts. With the BBC it is actually possible to enjoy services (radio / online / roadshows and gumph) without having to every pay them a single penny. There's another thing to think about.

Oh no ! Not more horse sh*t from people who don't know how to spell or think because they spend too much time watching itv or sky - and paying through the nose for the latter. The BBC is excellent value for money and keeps the government honest in a way that Mr. Murdoch ( prop. sky, sun, times etc. ) and the itv channels never would if they had the field all to themselves. You're all a load of bloody halfwits - being generous here .
