Yet again. YET AGAIN.
If you want to begin YET AGAIN the debate over the existance of the BBC licence fee, do some research, make a point and justify your opinion.
I have no time for people who post links to online petitions and, in all probability, have no real idea about the area they are scratching the surface of.

Not forgetting...
Radio 1 Xtra

...and digital versions of many of the above. I know they're the same service, but the BBC have invested heavily into promoting digital radio and television.

Quite. I'll bet a penny to a pound that Mr I T V 1 has never so much as seen an application form, and probably mewls when his parents take the Sky remote off him.

Tho' the latter is funded by a Foreign Office grant, rather than the licence fee.
Oh, fair enough. I'd forgotten that. Still, it's difficult to argue that the BBC is bad value for money. Doesn't mean it couldn't do better, though. 1100 staff in HR (or whatever it is) does seem a bit OTT.

He can't even use the correct 'licence' (with a c not and s) so I would tend to think either he's an ill-educated moron, or a child who has never had to pay said fee.
