Scottish TV recieving ITV1 Border

on Telewest anyway (February 2005)

I just switched on to Scottish TV a few minutes ago and instead of recieving Scottish TV, I got ITV1. Analogue service seems to be normal but Telewest seems to be recieving ITV1. Is this just Telewest or is it affecting all digital services.

The TW status page has a log of this problem. Looks like it might just be TW.

I think TW's feeds of the terrestrial channels are sourced from DTT locally (as apposed to most channels that come from the national headend), but where are the received. Their building at the Gyle doesn't seem to have any aerials on it. I presume it drops back to a feed from the national net if the dtt fails.
