Border also used to put a music video on as a filler... well, they did in 1996 when I was in the Lake District for a week.

Border have a programme called Nitty and Gritty inbetween the news and TellyTots (CITV) which is a few bithdays and one or two pop videos.

Border always used small fillers after the lunchtime regional news which was always 5 mins long rather than 10 like other regions
