Scotsport

Scotsport have launched a new look for this season. The logo is very similar to Scotland Today/North Tonight's but in red. The studio looks similar to the news one but very red. It also has the SPL trophy on a table.

The graphics are very swish. Quite a nice animation. The scoreboard is hard to see however but nice.

And they've converted to 16:9 (which IMHO is essential for a sports programme). Good job.

Football bores me, but some nice transition effects on the highlights, and generally high quality and classy graphics. Well done stv! Looks good in my opinion.

Wow, very nice. Football bores me too but I tuned in to see the graphics and was very pleasantly surprised. Between this and Scotland Today/North Tonight I think stv are on to a winner. Also I notised the unusual text number 83STV. Reminds me of the US, and that desk! It looks great!

Yeah, quite a nice little effect they use to spin the logo and the text number on screen too.

I wonder if there supporting hearts this year?

I didn't get a chance to see the new-look Scotsport, but that looks really nice from what I'm seeing here.
Is Scotsport still broadcast on ITV1 Border (Scotland)?

Is that the corner of the ST studio, it shraes the same raised lit floor look as the ST studio does - unless this programme just had the same set designers in!

Great new look, modern but not too modern.

But for some reason reminds me of the McVities logo, or maybe the Birdseye logo.

I'm disapointed with the STV logo, however I'm pleased with Scotland Today/North Tonight and Scotsport's look.

Now that's a much better look! Nice one STV - but I think the dream ticket could go eh? What about the title music - is it the same as the previous one but just rejigged or has it changed?

Nice, but the set is a femine red. Reminds me of The week in politics set on RTE.
