Scotland to get Gaelic TV service

Well if there is not a high proportion of Gaelic speakers in Scotland, there will be after the launch of the TV service,as people will then become more interested in it and want to learn it, you just have to look at the increasing number of Irish language schools in Ireland since the lauch of TG4

I very much doubt the number of Irish language schools is remotely related to the launch of TG4.

Look at the number of children in Irish medium schools in 1997 and those in it today. Im not sure of what the exact stats are, but I read that in an article in the Irish News a few months back.
