Labour won it

ITV and BBC were showing the exact same graphs, BBC about 5 seconds behind with their % share, and then % change!

ITV was fractionally quicker with the stats (share of vote, swing etc) following the first result at Sunderland.

ITV went to the regions very quickly

Geoff Druet was at the Calendar Election Desk, he'll be back at 3am!

3am seems a long time to wait for the regions, and good old YTV made a mess of their opening titles.

Seems to be quite a bit of friction between them to tonight! Could get interesting in the early hours when one of them gets crabby.

Andrew Marr is sat at the big 'V' desk, will he tell any jokes?

I think the BBC are making good use of their 2 tiers.

So far I've only seen ITV pan over the lower floor, also ITV hardly have any guests in the studio

Oh no, ITV are virtual again!, Its very good, but its getting close to overkill, How much can you show with one result!

I expect Peter Snow will come into his own by about midnight!

Much more interesting than John Sargent

No they have no guests in the studio, but they've done ten times more interviews with politicians than the BBC.
