I think they should show Shortland St on the days they dont have repeats of Design Wars - afterall Carlton have the rights to another 20 odd episodes which they might as well show as they have paid for them.
I think by January some of the autumn daytime shows will have perfomed so poorly they may bring SS back - call me boring if you like but if you were a fan of it you would want it back too.

We've been through this, "ITV" don't have ANY rights (network at least) to Shortland Street. Carlton have these rights of which you speak on a regional basis and the fact they only have, you claim, 20 more eps means they would be have been dropping it about any time soon in any case.
And if Design Wars and Everything Must Go are boring - don't watch them.
Also, the first episode of new Dale Winton daytime quiz "I'm the Answer" goes out on Sunday 5th October at 6:20pm on ITV1 and continues at 5pm weekdays.
Also another new daytime show starts on Monday 6th October, "Moving Day" at 2.30pm.
Interesting, as the hour long 'Everything Must Go .... Under the Hammer' was originally scheduled but must have been changed
All week I have seen ads for a 5:15 match on ITV1 and a Celtic match 7pm ITV2 on Tuesday.
Today at 3:08 or so after Border News that ad was on you know with the guy calling his woman fat so he can stay in, well on Border (England’s Border nor Border Scot) at the end it said Celtic, 7:30pm ITV1 and no mention of ITV2 football. The ad did look strange and looked like it has been re-made.
Turning over to UTV they had the same ad on with UTV branding saying Football, 5:15 on UTV.
The Sky EPG is still saying 5:15 ITV1 and 7pm ITV2, but why on Border was there that ad then saying ITV1 7:30.
What’s right, UTV (unlikely I know going from past experience), Sky EPG, ITV1 Border ad, or ad's that have been on all week? Any idea folks?

Well I hope they dig out the Bob Preedy announcement like a month or 2 ago. Shame a week after that went out over the clouds ident, they went back to normal ITV1 man!! Tight Leeds!
