Well Moving Day has been going for many for a fair few weeks. Is it 6 or 7 weeks?

And that love to shop is supposed to finish at the end of november isn't it?

They have said that a countdown to christmas programmes is going to air every afternoon in december with Eamonn Holmes and Tess Daly.

So perhaps this show is to take over from today with des & mel, as des & mel did start a month early this series. But it would be a shame to end it so early.

If the 2.30pm slot is to be regional again I wonder if they would consider showing Shortland St again, although I think as far as HTV Wales goes SS wont be a priority as they need to show progs about Wales in the regional slots. It may come back on Central though.

No I understood that Countdown to Christmas Show is going out 5-6pm. Especially as "I Want that House" is finishing at the end of November.

Thanks for that square eyes.

So the boot sale challenge thing is a brief fill in?

That'll be a really nice daily schedule.

Trisha, just because its trisha, and interesting in some way.
This Morning, never lets you down on a winters morning lying on the sofa.
Today with Des & Mel, fun at one, its what everyone needs, and more of what tv should have (in general not just fun at one!).
Love to Shop (not my cup of tea really, bit boring, but hey!)
Moving Day. This has really interested me, and again, i don't know why.
CiTV, have many great shows.
And the countdown to christmas. It says it will be an entertainment show. But I'm wondering whether it will be a bit like this morning for christmas, like a magazine programme.

I wonder whether they will be putting This Morning hour long shows on over the fortnight, like they did for summer.

I am not really a fan of ITV in the day, the best thing probably being the Lunchtime News, but I've watched this Love to Shop, basically it is a rip off the BBC Two programme 'Shopping City' which was transmitted live in the afternoons in 2000, from The Trafford Centre, but in this case it's just a documentary and self promotion for The Trafford Centre, if it isn't busy enough!

Unfortunately our NTL went bust for a coupld of hours yesterday afternoon, so we only had terrestrial to watch and we watched Boot Sale Treasure Hunt, am I right in thinking that this is the same thing as Boot Sale Challenge, but the only difference is that it is being made by the *wonderful* LNN Factuals, the worse news is that it's been recomissioned, as they have a phone line open for contestants to be on the show.

Lets hope this Christmas Show is more intresting, rather bizzare Eamonn Holmes doing a programme for ITV outside of GMTV, I guess that theres no space for him to do the Lottery at the moment.

But I am more of a five and Granada Plus person in the day, The Wright Stuff, Terry and Gaby and Classic Corrie, you cannot beat.

Well Boot Sale Treasure Hunt should never have been made so it can't finish soon enough, although its been on a few weeks and possibly finishes in a few weeks which will probably mean its on 4-5 weeks overall.

I agree about Moving Day, from what I've seen of it it does seem quite interesting

Why??? Robot Wars is a flop where it is. Not the most unexpected news of the year, I knew it would not be popular on Five.

The show should end after its current run.

It will be interesting to see how it performs on a saturday night. I wonder why it had bad ratings on sundays. It isnt up against much else, is it? Sea Monsters and You've been framed.

Though I am looking forward to seeing miracle on 34th street, it should have been put a bit closer to christmas, but i suppose it will do.

Ive also spotted the countdown to christmas programme on digiguide, called 'The Christmas Show'. Presented by Eamonn Holmes and Tess Daly from the heart of covent garden. It seems to be more an entertainment show with a bit of lifestyle. We will have to see how it goes.

Perhaps they should bring Celebrity back to the 5pm slot. It wasn't that bad was it? And the only thing I can watch at the moment is Blue Peter with the sound off, whilst on the net!

A random thought. Star Bites which YTV often resort to showing, why does it always seem to be Arnold Schwarzenegger (yes I had to look the correct spelling up) every time it is shown, I wonder how many editions Carlton made!

On the plus side we got a proper announcement into it rather than 'You're watching Yorkshire on ITV1'

Well, we got Arny on West as well tonight, Andrew.

I changed back from Yorkshire after Twice Nightly and West were starting Star Bites about 30 seconds after Yorkshire had.
