I haven't seen the end of this programme to see whether she got a handback from the regional presenter or not, but interesting to see that Michaela Strachan appears to have done 15 or so(Haven't checked all BBC Regions, so correct if I'm wrong!) introductions to each regional programme!

Was the BBC 1 anno live & from London, with the individual region being quick with the opt out button, or was there 15 or so recorded annos for each region?

I suspect the former, as only Michaela was name checked!

I noticed as BBC West Midlands & BBC London were on different shots, plus Michaela introduced Toyah Wilcox herself on BBC West Midlands.

(Anyone think 'It's A Mystery' how Toyah gets these TV gigs? (Geddit!))

Yes it was a network anno from London. Very disappointing.

A network ident, and then Michaela introduced the Yorks & Lincs programme with BRI-an Bless-ED.

Sounds like Michaela filmed introduction pieces for each region which were then edited on to the start of the programme as transmitted by each region.

East Midlands programme was introduced the same was as the Yorks & Lincs region, by Michaela Strachan.
