The bit with the woman chucking stuff out of the giant suitcase just reminded me of how great Don't Forget your Toothbrush was and how poor this programme is in comparison. See also Noel's House Party.
I think perhaps Noel Edmonds and Chris Evans just cared about their programmes more. You wouldn't see either of them presenting Red or Black. They have both spent time away from television too rather than say yes to everything. It's not like Ant and Dec couldn't afford to do the same.

The first item (the audience surprise) is straight out of Toothbruth, although going by the first two episodes it's not as inventive or clever as the stuff they did. It's also more fixed within the format - be nice to move stuff round a bit in the running order

I'd agree about Noel - but Chris did do 'Famous and Fearless' - which should have just been titled 'and' if we're being honest...
I can't remember what the new word was but, am I to assume there was some sort of anti gaming lobby that ruled that the word 'Gamble' is too dangerous to use anymore?
I noticed that "ANT & DEC is a registered trade mark of Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly". Surely everytime they are mentioned on television, other Geordie presenters such as Marcus Bentley, Mickey Stone or Donna Air so as not to give ANT & DEC undue prominence.

I don't know why - that investigation was dropped due to it being pretty pathetic.
