There could be a big schedule gap the Saturday after next, shortened SNT and The Voice live Semi-Final.

Don't think they would do The Voice without an audience. I wonder if they will bring forward BGT auditions, or delay that until later in the year.


I think if Takeaway can go ahead without an audience The Voice can. The audience are less integral to the show and other talent shows globally have gone ahead with no audience. Although as Brekkie said, the judges being in the country is another thing. There was a recording of The Voice Kids on Sunday so I’d assume will.i.am is, but unsure on Meghan Trainor. Plus Tom Jones at 79 is in the category that is supposed to be self-isolating. Then there’s the contestants.

If Takeaway is going down to an hour on the 28th then it makes me question whether they’ve got enough material for a show on 4th April. Bringing BGT a week forwards is certainly an option but again the live week at the end of May looks at risk.

I doubt they'll bring BGT forward - just stick a film in the middle week, or if The Voice does go ahead without an audience they'll pull that to 7pm I'd have thought as they did during the last forced hiatus.

I'm guessing an In for a Penny repeat might fill the extra half hour.

Glad they are continuing without audience. This show is exactly the type of thing the nation needs right now, and they will have a lot more viewers to attract! Obviously if cast and crew get to a point where they don't want to be there, that's another issue.

When they come to sitting down in the audience seating for the Men in Brown will they still sit next to each other despite all the available seats? Razz

They are bringing forward the new series of In for a Penny to fill that half hour a week on Saturday.

They could simply come from a scaled down set - the production crew could easily produce a smaller version of the set - because it is going to look very odd, the vast Studio TC1 with 550 empty seats with the obvious echo and "end of the world" feel to it.

I'm hoping they will run down the stairs as normal, to make a point of it

Although isn't it temporary seating at TC1 so they might just not put the seats out?

Does anyone know if Ant And Dec will be doing a special live show from the Walt Disney World Resort In Florida later in the year, when the place on the plane winners eventually go?
