The swearing scene has been cut out on +1

As was most of the Magic Mike performance to be fair too. Suspect +1 viewers wonder what they were missing.

I thought it was meh for takeaway this week.

Nice to see "Go Out" come back but I wish they kept the bit where they public would run back home and see if they won money.

I dont think takeaway will be off air next week but you never know.

A brilliant show this week that had lots of pace and energy. The mishaps kept them on their feet and Stephen Mulhern was very good at interacting with the swearing participant. The pandas and kids undercover was particularly lovely and heartwarming to watch.

Even if there is a ban on audiences for next week I hope that they come to some sort of way of working the show, after all a lot of the work that people love them for is I’m A Celebrity and standing backstage on BGT neither involving them in front of an audience, however the atmosphere of the audience has always been a big part of the show.

It did seem a lot fresher this week which is just the job!! The hosts spent more time entertaining and old features made a welcome comeback. The only thing which didn't really work was Men In Brown. I'm glad they didn't waste time in the Happiest Minute of the Week.

Live Swearing on TV is always a great addition to any pre-watershed show!!

How long did the "and in the meantime, here's some music" ITV+1 caption last for? It only needed to be flashed on for a few seconds to be fair.

Best part of a minute at least. Most of the actual performance was removed and came back when Mulhern did the "she's been drinking" hand gesture.

How large is there audience- if we follow the Scots if it’s over 500 it’s an issue

That is a sadness. They didn't need to edit out that much.

Ouch. How are they going to cope with this now?

I hasten to imagine that everyone who had won a place on the plane will still be taken there later this year, and this can still be offered on future episodes. That’s if there will even still be a studio audience at all in the next few weeks.

The difficulty comes with the commercial partnership between Disney and ITV given that now it’s unlikely Disney World will get the exposure to the prime time UK audience on the final show, which will no doubt be part of the agreement.

I imagine it will be something ITV will still have to honour at some point and will currently be in last minute negotiations as to what would be an acceptable alternative. The likelyhood will be some kind of one-off random special show based at Disney World.
Or maybe have a week-long ‘This Morning’ out there, indeed Richard & Judy did this in the early days.

Either way, it’s another major headache for the show which only just survived the last incident which took it off air completely last year.

Despite dramatic predictions like this, it looks like all parties sensibly agreed a way forward.

Notice only minimal ‘places on the plane’ were given out tonight

There was no ‘happiest minute of the week’ and Andi Peters competition was a new one offering a cash prize only.

The T&Cs on the website for the Fleur East section clearly state that it’s now a prize for flights and a holiday only at a date tbc and there is no prize of watching the TV show go out anymore. So this was quash any rumours that they will have to do a one off special for contractual reasons.
