Saturday Night Takeaway 2020

Since the 2013 revival pretty sure Ant and Dec insisted the announcer is live in the studio, previously they were on tape and it was incredibly obvious. The only exception to that from memory was Ricky Gervais, who very obviously filmed his links in some sort of cupboard

If I get a copy of the titles, I'll put them in the correct speed and add a little bit extra.

Surprised they didn’t get Tony Green (or equivalent darts announcer if unwell) for Viking Bullseye.

I love seeing Television Centre - it is a beautiful iconic building, great to see it back being used outside

It’s been a really poor show thus far.

If he was doing anything like interacting with the public it would be OK, instead he’s just doing his GMB competition. I assume it wasn’t a live OB.

And it felt all the cheaper for it. The show really could do with being back to an hour- just realising there is another 40 minutes to go seems more of a chore than enticing.

I thought he was dead (but he isn't).

This does not bode well if people are getting bored - I said the show needed a revamp, I was told off by people on here who said it didn't, I think I am right, it needed a proper relaunch

There is no problem with it’s running for an hour and a half, it was working well last series. The features have been poor, and stuff like ‘a place on the plane’ should really be in the last half of show, once people are a bit more invested in it.

What would you have done to relaunch it?
