I saw the dread in Dec's eyes when the audience laughed when they really shouldn't have. Definitely has a weaker vibe so far, less of a buzz and the audience feels so much smaller.

It was funny though in an extremely dark and obviously unintentional way. Funnier than that excruciating Morcambe & Wise shtick they do.

Don't think that role is particularly missed, I'm sure there will be some OBs some weeks and they'll probably send Steven. They don't do them every week in recent series.

When people compare them to Morecambe and Wise it really grates on me. Richard and Judy did the comparison this week, and Ant and Dec acted humbled to be compared, but they then milk it to death, even Ant doing some of the facial expressions Eric used to do. They are not Morecambe and Wise.
