Or do an Oprah and do it in Sydney, though if would be more Sunday morning breakfast to air it live!
It was great start back, and brilliant to have the show back, one of my favourite series, possibly because of the live Saturday night entertainment feel.
There were moments in the programme tonight that reminded me of how they used to have fun on SM:TV Live, mainly the post Denis Wise part and the end of the show show dressing up as Kylie where they all lost it at parts (including Kylie).
I've not yet had chance to watch last night's episode, though looking on Facebook I see they modified a train carriage into 'the takeaway express'. With some irony it was the quiet coach that was used. (Alas can't share the photos as the privacy setting isn't public.)

Yeah it was a SWR 450 Desiro. Not yet finished it’s rebrand. Think there was two coaches they used. Was late into Waterloo too by 2 minutes. Must have cost ITVS and Mitre a fortune though to run a private charter at that time of night into Waterloo.

Just to enter pendant's corner for a moment it would be a class 450 on SWR. 350s have pantographs so don't work south of London.
There's a horrible filmic effect on the repeat right now on ITV. I missed it last night, was this how it was broadcast?!
I’ve noticed this on shows like Lip Sync Battle UK and also the trailers for Eamonn and Ruth’s new show. Filmic effects are fine for dramas and certain comedies but not for something studio based

Did you notice how every camera shot of the train managed to get the South Western Railway logo in, I imagine they paid for it.
Interesting that it's the 100th episode next week. It's quite telling that it's taken 16 years to achieve of relatively consistent ratings with a hiatus in the middle this Noel Edmonds achieved this in 5 years and then went immediately downhill.
Would be nice to see old popular segments get reprieved for the special episode such as What's Next?, Grab the Ads, Jiggy Bank etc. (maybe leave out Jim Didn't Fix It) especially considering it's the last series from TLS as well. Or maybe include one segment that they haven't already nicked from Noel's House Party and have a gunge vote between Ant and Dec.
