Yep, unless they seek approval from ITV...

I noticed the end credits were shown over a live feed. If I remember correctly this goes against ITV policy to have boring black background?

I think SNT isn't unique there was at least one other programme that did this, so high profile I can't remember what it was called. Anyway I'm sure there is a "seek permission" option available, there was for all the other ITV credit sequences going back to the 2001 hearts so I'm sure its still the same with this set.

An impressive outside broadcast when all's said and done, although I think Dec was about to expire from the heat throughout.

Yes the credits looked like they'd be added locally as they were in a strange font.

Horribly stretched end credits at the end of tonight's SNT.

Yep, the racing this afternoon. Totally non-standard credits.

Not a strange font - just Reem stretched.

I know SNT have done different end credits a few times previously, and it always looks so much better, even if the font is a bit messed up.

Very few shows ever do, yet its such a shame as they are so much better when they don't use the black background. I wonder why Broadchurch always gets to go different end credits, and occasionally SNT, but rarely anything else does.

I thought tonight show just felt very flat and bland. Of course how can you improve on it?

They kept calling it a TV first but didn't This Morning broadcast live from Disney in the Richard and Judy days. I'm sure I remember that being discussed here.

ITV broadcast a two hour live special from EuroDisney on its opening night

It felt like six weeks of promos for and one final hour-and-a-half advert for Disney World. Not the future of tv I look forward to.

Not sure this kind of event is ever going to be regular in the future though! They're damned if they do or don't. I think it would be a shame if shows avoid popular tourist destinations for fear of it being seen as one big advert. We live in a very commercialised world these days, are the public not a bit more savvy to what is an ad?

Technically a top show, as it usually is. I'm sure it's not a simple operation - didn't Singalong have basically no delay?! Have a look at Simon Hardwick's tweets for details about the cue dot too!

I know black credits probably save all sorts of bother but it looks so much better when they do something a bit different, especially on an entertainment show like SNT. There had obviously been some communication as Pres didn't do a squeeze either.
